Personal Data Processing

By granting your consent to the processing of personal data, you authorize Perlacasa s.r.o., with its registered office in Brno 639 00, Bidláky 837/20, Company ID (IČ): 29186366, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 64094 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on personal data protection, to process the following personal data of yours: first name and surname, company name, email, telephone number, address, Company ID (IČ), and Tax ID (DIČ) in the case of corporate orders. We process the aforementioned personal data for the purpose of dispatching orders and marketing processing. The Controller will process them for a period of 5 years.
You grant your explicit and informed consent to the above-mentioned processing of the listed personal data, which you may, however, withdraw at any time. For example, it is sufficient to send an email to info@perlacasa.cz or a letter to the company address Perlacasa s.r.o., Bidláky 837/20, Brno 639 00.
Personal data, for the processing of which you have granted your consent, may also be processed for the Controller by the following processors:
  • The business company EVici webdesign s.r.o., Petra Bezruče 139, 747 91 Štítina, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 28598661, as a provider of marketing services and website maintenance.
  • The business company Heureka Shopping s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 650/1, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín, Company ID (IČ): 02387727, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 218977, as a provider of marketing services.
  • The business company Seznam.cz a.s., with its registered office at Radlická 3294/10 Prague 5, 150 00, Company ID (IČ): 26168685, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 6493, as a provider of marketing services.
  • The business company Google.com s.r.o. [Google Ireland Limited], with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Dublin, Ireland, as a provider of marketing services.
  • And furthermore, for the purpose of order processing, carriers and an accounting firm with whom we have a contractual relationship protected by a contract, including a personal data processing agreement.
  • Alternatively, other companies whose services the Controller does not currently use.
According to the aforementioned GDPR regulation on personal data protection, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, request reports from us on what personal data of yours we process, request an explanation from us regarding the reason and processing of personal data, request access to this data, which you can correct or update, request the erasure of your personal data from us, and contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about our compliance with obligations regarding the processing of personal data.
